My Story

Where I Serve

I'm blessed to serve our community as the Mission Support Raising Coordinator. I'm able to oversee support raising of our 140 full time missionaries and staff and 300 summer missionaries. My wife Hannah is my great teammate in this adventure as we seek live our life on mission in all ways. My dream is to see the Church on mission, and support raising is at the heart of that. I'm am filled with joy to be apart of this journey of the Christian life!

My Story

My introduction to Damascus started back in 2018 when I counseled for the first time that summer. During my 2 summers counseling there, I experienced being in a community that was totally accepting and loving.

I saw kids who encountered this love and found freedom in Jesus and I want everyone to experience that love.

My heart for the youth to know God has always been there. I remember learning apologetics in 6th grade in a desire to have helpful conversation with classmates and seek Truth together. When I was a Junior in college I began interceding greatly for my parish community back in Bluffton, Ohio and that same summer, unknowing to me, God brought 19 kids to camp! Praise the Lord!

In 2021, I married Hannah and in December of 2022 we welcomed our first child Francis into the world. We're expecting our second in 2024! We hope to continue to serve at Damascus for as long as God calls us.
