My Story
Hi, my name is Shane Bednarek. I'm originally from Chicago, but have been in Ohio since 2020.
My hope and my dream is to help people realize who they are and I know that I am able to do that with Damascus because of amazing support partners like yourself. My current role at Damascus is a lot of Customer Service. I get to talk to and pray with parents in all different kinds of emotional states, based on how their registration process went. I get to be a source of hope, joy, and love and show them that they are still beloved by God.
I know that God has a plan for me, and a huge part of that plan is by serving here. I am so blessed to give my life in this way, even if it doesn't always seem like mission or that things get extremely difficult.
