Hello and thank you for being open to me and my mission serving with Damascus! I’m so grateful you’re here.
I am from a small town in southeastern Indiana where I lived until I attended Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio to study Theology and Catechetics. Upon my graduation, the Lord made it clear that He wanted me to serve with Damascus so I began my first summer at Catholic Youth Summer Camp (which is a part of Damascus). From there, I joined and completed the two-year missionary program and am currently in my third year.
Throughout my time with Damascus, the Lord has brought me more freedom than I imagined possible, both in me and in the people I’ve been fortunate enough to serve. He has shown me what He can do with just one simple yes. He’s allowed me to understand more of who He’s created me to be and to invite other people into understanding their identities as His sons and daughters. I am so humbled when I think about everything He has done in just three short years.
All of this was made possible not only by my “yes,” but also by numerous “yeses” given by different people who have influenced my life. I hope you too will give a yes to supporting this beautiful mission and the work the Lord is doing here by supporting me!
