Hi friends! Thank you for opening your heart to me and to the mission of Damascus!
One day in high school, I went thrifting with a few friends, only to stumble upon a Catholic Youth Summer Camp shirt! It was clear that the Lord wanted me there. I immediately registered for camp, and this was my first experience with Damascus. It was at Damascus where I discovered the beauty and adventure of our Catholic faith, and my eyes were opened to the authentic joy of life with the Lord!
It is so clear that young people in our world today are in need of the companionship that our God has to offer. I deeply desire to bring the youth to greater awareness of the intimate friendship that Jesus longs for with us!
This is why I will be serving on the counseling staff this summer! I could not be more excited and honored that the Lord has called me here! I was so blessed to have such Christ-like counselors leading me in the two years that I went to CYSC, and I feel called to serve others in the same way.
Thank you so much for your consideration in joining me on this mission! Know of my overwhelming gratitude and prayers. It is such a joy to live this adventure together!
