Hi friends! My name is Jillian Conroy!
I’m a College Student at Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana and am estatic to be joining the counseling staff as a missionary this summer! I’ve been Catholic my whole life, but found a personal relationship with God my Freshman year of High school in confirmation classes at my home parish, Church of the Ressurrection. Like most freshmen in High School, I was desperate for identity. I thought I would find my identity from relationships, certain friends or academic validation, but all of those things quickly fell away when I encountered the Lord.
Soon after that I decided I wanted to be confirmed, and there’s been no looking back since! I know that my purpose and identity comes from being a daughter of the one, true King! I can’t wait to walk the girls I will be counseling closer to freedom in Christ. I was blessed with being surrounded by Damascus Missionaries at my youth group in High School and attended the EMPOWER conference this past winter. The work this organization is doing is so good, and I feel so blessed to be a part of it.
In order to enter into this season fully, I’m looking for Mission Support partners to help me! Come on this adventure with me and get geared up to see how God will work in our yes to Him! I am both excited and honored to invite you to share my call to ministry. I have great hope for the young church in America, and have faith that the Lord will do incredible things with our yes. God is doing big things!
